We want you to love ProofSlider. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no hassle, no questions asked.

Refund eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your original purchase.
• The refund applies to your $29 one-time lifetime license.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@proofslider.com with your purchase email address or order reference. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are generally not eligible, but we are happy to help resolve any issues you experience. Contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
